2. Our Services
AI Campus provides online, video-based learning content designed to explain artificial intelligence in a clear and accessible way. Course access includes video lessons, quizzes, and a certificate of completion.
We reserve the right to update or improve course content at any time.
3. Licence Types and Access
3.1 Individual Licence
An individual licence provides access to one named user only. Access is personal and must not be shared.
3.2 Family Licence
Family licences allow access for a fixed number of users (as purchased). Each user must have their own account and login credentials. The purchaser is responsible for allocating licences appropriately.
3.3 Organisation Licence
Organisation licences allow access for multiple users within a business, school, charity, or other organisation. The purchaser (or nominated administrator) is responsible for managing user access and ensuring licences are not exceeded.
4. User Accounts
Each user must create their own account using a valid email address. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login details.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts where misuse or unauthorised sharing is suspected.
5. Payment and Pricing
All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and may be subject to applicable taxes.
Payment is required in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed (e.g. invoice for organisations). We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, but this will not affect purchases already completed.
6. Refunds and Cancellation
6.1 Individual Purchases
You have a 14-day right to cancel your purchase under UK consumer law, provided you have not significantly accessed or completed the course.
6.2 Digital Content
By accessing the course immediately after purchase, you acknowledge that your right to cancel may be reduced or waived once content has been consumed.
6.3 Organisation Licences
Organisation purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted, unless required by law.
7. Course Access
Access is provided on a lifetime basis from the date of purchase, subject to the course remaining commercially available. We aim to ensure continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
8. Intellectual Property
All course content, including videos, text, and materials, is owned by AI Campus and is protected by copyright laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or share course content without prior written permission.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

10. Certificates
Certificates are issued upon completion of the course. AI Campus certificates confirm participation and completion but do not represent formal academic accreditation.
11. Limitation of Liability
AI Campus provides educational content for general informational purposes only. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, employment opportunities, or results.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the course.
12. Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of AI Campus constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
